Moray

This is a 3D drawing utility designed to make it easier to draw images for POV-RAY. I works like a CAD system. There is an excellent model gallery submitted by users for you to view/download. An evaluation copy is available. (shareware, 30 day trial)

sPatch

This is a free program for 3D modeling. There are plenty samples and links to find help if you need it. It is much more intuitive than Moray and it's FREE!! (freeware).
